Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new colorful wardrobe, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, indicating whether you would like a refund or a different size/color exchange.

• 2.
  Repack Your Items

  Place the items and the completed form back into the original packaging or a secure alternative mailing bag.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your order to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
